ABOUT
Virology is the study of viruses and their properties.
Essentially, the viruses are "nucleic acid surrounded by a protein packet," extracellular environment inert, only being able to reproduce itself inside the host cell, so they are often classified as "obligatory intracellular parasites. The definition of what will be a virus also debate what is or is not life.
